It was okay! Nothing special. It was part of our honeymoon, I wrote it on the notes during the booking but there was no acknowledgment from the staff or done anything special for us.
Food was okay, definitely repeatjng buffet, nothing specials
Location is quite isolated but if you have a car it’s not that bad.

Very bad experience, I booked a hotel for 5 nights, and then I arrived late on the first night and didn't check the room carefully. I left early the next day and didn't check it carefully. When I came back the next night, I saw a lot of ants in the room. I simply dealt with it myself. When I left early on the third day, I asked the hotel to clean it, but there were still a lot of ants. I asked them to clean it again on the fourth day and called the front desk. I came back in the afternoon and told the front desk to deal with it. After they sprayed it with insecticide spray, it didn't help. My ears were allergic because of the ants, so I decided to check out a day early and checked out before 11 o'clock. As a result, I was told that the room fee for the last day could not be refunded. They said they would change me to another room and let me experience it again. They also shirked their responsibilities, saying that I brought food in the room. After communicating with Ctrip many times, it still couldn't be resolved. They refused to refund. Don't stay here

I highly recommend Ocean's Creek Beach Hotel. I loved every thing about this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and food was awesome. I really want to thank the F&B manager,Mr Visham who made our stay memorable and the MD Mr Vincent without whom it was not possible.

Nous avons passé un super séjour pour notre voyage de Noce que nous n’oublierons jamais dans un hôtel parfait. La chambre était sublime avec une très bonne literie, une très bonne restauration avec des produits variés. Un personnel hyper chaleureux (serveurs, femmes de ménage, personnel de l’accueil ) et une animation au top avec des animateurs très investis. Ainsi que des excursions à couper le souffle, on en a pris plein les yeux . On y retournera.

L'océan creek est un bon hôtel familial avec une très bonne ambiance. Nos enfants ont adoré y séjourner. La literie est top. La chambre est confortable même si des portes opaques ( toilettes et douche )pourrait rendre l'utilisation de la salle de bains plus optimale Des bémols sont cependant à noter : l'eau de la piscine et du jaccuzi non chauffée. Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner et c'est bien dommage. La nourriture pourrait être plus variée.

We stayed at Ocean Creeks Hotel, from 25 to 27 July 25. Room 219 /220/ 222/ 223 Thanks to Ridhee who was very helpful with booking. Our room was very spacious and cozy like a five star hotel, Staff very friendly and helpful ,Govind ,Varun, Akash , Emilio ,Sham , Nadine from restaurant manage to find a table for us ,as it’s was very busy on Saturday night, Food variety very good , Hotel neat and clean . Disappointed point , hotel overcrowded and very noisy due to outsiders on day use (as if a market place ) Difficult to find a place near the pool , Latino music was good , but too must for three days , you got suffocated , For relaxing ,not good to be there .
